Anyone have experience with how these age? I'm talking about Raspberry Tart and Serendipity, I think Strawberry Rhubarb was released somewhat recently so that one is not appropriate. To be honest, I'm not even sure how long Raspberry Tart and Serendipity have been around.

I'm curious about Serendipity myself. I know I've heard the Belgian Red will last for a while.

Serendipity was first released last year (i believe)....Strawberry Rhubarb was new this year. Raspberry Tart has been around for, at least, 10 years probably. I've had 3 year old RT and thought it was much better fresh....IMO

I've got a bottle of the strawberry rhubarb on my shelf. I'll tuck it away for a while, as I wasn't a huge fan of it. I'd trade it for half a bottle of the Serendipity.

Opened up a year old Raspberry Tart a few weeks ago. Not much change, more flavor fresh but still refreshing non the less. Having had all their fruit beers, I would say drink them fresh and in good company!

I've had RT and BR everywhere from fresh to ~4 years, and those bottles really just don't change much. Still very enjoyable, very fruity, quite bright. They seem oddly stable.

    edit: pasteurization, right?

My experience too is that these are really stable...are they not bottle conditioned? I tried a RT that was 2-3 years old and I could hardly tell a difference with fresh. Love it.

Opened a 2011 Belgian Red a few weeks ago, and it was the best bottle of it i've had. It was more acidic and bubbly, and the finish was much more tart than my normal experiences. so damn good.

Glad to hear -- I cellared half a dozen of these last year when it was announced that BR would be going on hiatus, and haven't touched them yet.
