Blueberry Tart would be pretty awesome as well, though is there any actual plans to brew a beer like that?

    Three thoughts:
    - Dancing Man is a given.
    - Iced Barleywine you won't see again unfortunately.
    - +1 on Berliner Weiss

They didnt put the Dancing Man as one of their usual beers, so I'm wondering if they are planning on phasing it out for a bit. I hope not, that would mean I need a case of that this weekend when I'm in Madison.

It's been out every summer since I've been following them (2008). That's the only reason I assume it's a safe bet.

    Voted my usual usual preference.

    - Bohemian Lager
    - Edel Pils
    - Eisbock
    - Hometown Blonde
    - Zwickel

Anyone remember when they last brewed the Zwickel?

    My votes:
    - Berliner Weiss
    - Black Wheat
    - Edel Pils
    - Eisbock
    - Tailwagger

I'd really love to see the Berliner Weiss come back. I can't seem to find a good alternative to NG's offering.

I will literally buy 10 cases of the berliner and drink one every day until they are gone. That beer was incredible.

    Why no iced barleywine?

I believe there is an issue with state law regarding the freezing process that beer undergoes. That's probably why the Eisbock hasn't been back for years, but who knows. I'd love to see it come back. I'd enjoyed that one much more than the recent Barleywine they released.

I doubt this. More likely it's just too labor-intensive to sell at a reasonable price without losing money.

Could be. I have no inside info, just re-stating what I've heard on this site.

I know that the process Dan & Co. used to make this beer is often (erroneously) called ice distilling, and perhaps that's where the questions of legality arise.
