So while in WI I bought a whole bunch of New Glarus beers. Some of them I am not so crazy about and am wondering what the effects of aging them are because they have been collecting dust in my cellar.

I have an extra six pack or two of
    Black Top
    Fat Squirrel Ale
    Two Women
    Stone Soup
    Uff-Da
    Any thoughts would be appreciated...

Also, I have a sixer of Dirty Bastard by Founders just sitting around as well.

I wouldn't age any of those, all of them are meant to be drank fresh.

Give them away to your friends. They're all pasteurized and aren't styles that would particularly do well over time.

    DRINK THEM ASAP!

"collecting dust," "just sitting around" ... poor unloved beers :slight_frown:

Give them away. They are getting less prime daily.
