I know most lambic's age rather well. But this one is only about 4.8% abv. Anyone been aging one for an extended period of time?

And any advice/suggestions about this one?

I aged a NG Cranbic for 1 year, and compared it to the most recent release (1 year later) and much preferred the more recent of the two. I would dig up my findings, but the old forums seem to be difficult to access.

From what I recall, the aged Cranbic was more acetic, somewhat dulled, and took on a hazy red-brown color, whereas fresh Cranbic is "zippy," tart/refreshing, and is an attractive clear dark pink color. I did not see any benefits from aging it.
