New Glarus Enigma

    Is this pasteurized? Or worth cellaring because it will change over time? Simple question really, did some brief googling and couldnt find an answer.

    I'm fairly sure that it's pasteurized, so the changes you'll see will be more due to oxidation. If the beer's a tad on the sweet side for you when fresh, then aging should help a bit with that. I haven't had it with a year+ on it, but I don't see it changing for the better.
