New Glarus Thumbprint Saison

Nice. Based on the NG website and the fact that it's a different listing, I'm guessing it will be completely different than the Unplugged Imperial Saison. The Impy Saison was good, but I'm hoping the new one is closer to its European counterparts.

 

Still have yet to crack my single bottle of imperial saison. I will try this one for sure.

 

Any idea when this will hit the shelves?

I'm excited about this. I've yet to have a bad New Glarus beer, this one sounds tasty.

I have yet to try a New Glarus I did not like. But I have yet to have a saison that I like. Sounds like the irresistable force meets the immoveable object.

 

Does that literally mean it will be on shelves no earlier than that date and possibly no later than that date? Who gets NG beers "on time"? Anyone near the SE border?

 

Tough crowd.... Week of July 1st? Most stores in Milwaukee get shipments on Wednesdays, not sure how that'll work with the holiday though, or about other cities. The last few releases they seem to have upped their QC, pulling the majority of the "last seasonal" and replacing with the latest and greatest. Get the IIPA while you can.

Yeah I dont see any reviews yet so Im curious if anyone even has it stocked

 

I talked with the sales rep from Beechwood today and he said it will start showing up on their distro shelves next week. They have a large area that includes metro Milwaukee, Racine and Kenosha.

 

New Glarus just posted a couple of days ago on their facebook that it was now avaliable in the brewery store so I doubt it has made it anywhere else yet. Be patient it will be like everyother NG beer.... Awesome and easily obtainable when it arrives!
