Any one know where this "new wild fruit cave" is located? Is it what they have been building in the side of the hill on the riverside brewery in New Glarus?

I had also heard a coolship was going to be somewhere other than in the town of New Glarus. Anyone know?

Lets hope for Thumbprint Very Sour Blackberry or Thumbprint Bourbon Barrel Kriek! That would completely blow the lid on craft beer as we all know it! The two best sour beers made in Wisconsin turning into a 4 pack that cost 12 bucks. AFFORDABLE SOUR beers that are world class and are fairly easy to get(and dare I say rival or are better than many highly sought after hard to get belgium sours) ! Unheard of, but Dan Carey will be the man to do this someday soon!!!

It's the old brewery, redesigned for Wild Ale production. Let this link guide you.

I'm more excited about this than pretty much any news I've heard coming from any brewery in any state anytime within the past 5 years.

By that, you mean that you stood in a super foggy tent and couldn't see anything a foot in front of you?

NG makes me want to move to WI.

I drank my last enigma last night... used a bit of it in a vinaigrette dressing I made.

It does, I was just saying that the barrel looks like it says 'Enigma + Fruit'. The word 'Fruit' is less discernible at least to me, hence the (?).

Am I really missing the boat here? I don't recall ever trying a NG fruit beer... I know I've never bought one. I just looked up all the ratings and see mid to upper 90s on all of them... AND I can walk into a grocery store and probably get most of it ANY time I want?? Talk about taking something for granted here... I think the wide open availability has probably just never really made me gravitate to this beer. That and the fact the only sour I've ever had is Monk's Flemish. You've all inspired me. BAs saving the day again!

As expected, Pick N Save was fully stocked. Enjoying my first Belgian Red right now.
