New Glarus Wild Peach

    I did a quick search and couldn't find anything but I was wondering if anyone has opened one of these recently? We had one about a month after the release and it was delicious but we all wished it had more tartness to it

    It's certainly gotten more tart over time, with more complexity. The peach flavour is still mostly there.

    I had one a few months ago, but it wasn't my bottle so I don't know the cellaring conditions. It wasn't much more tart IMO, but the peach ring candy flavor had mellowed out and I think it got a little more funky. I preferred it aged.
