Yeah, went up on a Friday a few backs (2 days after the Madness/Civil release), got there at 12:30, and waited over 3 hours just to get some bottles and 2 growlers. The line wasn't even too long, just everyone had 5 growlers each. This will definitely help!

Love, love, love this! Hopefully no more two hour waits with just 25 people in front of you! I'm also hoping that with the new construction more filling stations will be set up. There is only so fast two people (Phil and Kerry mainly) can humanly go in tight quarters.

I agree - that's a big investment of time and gas for three growlers. I'm glad I made the trek up there when I did.

This would of came in handy if it started last week.

Waited 2 hours in line this past Friday for my growlers. Saw people with coolers/milk crates filled with growlers getting filled.

Once I finally got to the front to get my growlers filled I saw a sign that said 5 growler fills per person.

I guess that was just a waste of paper and ink since they didn't stick to the rules

Last Thursday before the festival, they were definitely enforcing the 5 fill rule and they do so unless they are slow. Many people that come together combine their order to make it easier on the staff, so you may see someone walk out with 10 fills. As far as I could tell, 5 fills was strictly enforced. We were surprised by the number of people in line looking for just one fill or to pick up a couple bottles. We took a second trip through and many folks in front of us were not getting the full 5.

Complaining about wait times on a Friday before a festival is just ludicrous. You should know everyone and their brother will be there on Friday considering the large number of folks coming into town for the festival and the fact that the shop is closed on the festival day.

Saw plenty of people come out of the filling area, by themselves, with more than 5 growlers.

I'm not complaining that I had to wait 2hrs to get my fills the day before the fest because I knew they were going to be closed all day Sat and Sun.

I was complaining about not sticking to the 5 growler fill rule on the wall

I was up there back in May, got 13 growlers filled, but there was no one else waiting.

    A limit of 3- 2liters or 5-750's, would be a tad nicer.

I also prefer bringing back 750s; I usually can't drink the 2Ls fast enough to make it worth it. I will say, every time I've gone, the folks working the shop have been cool and have filled 1-2 extra 750s for me. They definitely know and appreciate the difference it makes, even if it's not official shop policy. I hope that will continue.

    Great move!

This will help the line move faster. The notion of bringing more people with you kinda defeats the purpose.

More bad news for mules it seems. Let's fix the line problem by placing a three growler limit instead of increasing your filling capabilities. Makes perfect business sense.

Like HT, rationing instead of production increase (and the added jobs)- the Vermont way.

Holy fuck, can you guys not read? It clearly says, "We have instituted a 3-growler limit per person per trip through the line."

Again, PER TRIP THROUGH THE LINE.

They're in the process of expanding. It doesn't happen overnight. The point of the move is to cut down everyone's wait time. If that isn't an issue and you want more, just get back in line.

I drove in from IN with two other BA/RB guys for FoFA and was also in line on Friday. We had a cooler, but we did not exceed the 5 growler limit per person. We just had no desire to hold 5 growlers in our arms for 2+ hours. The rule was strictly enforced on Friday as well.

Have you ever been there and seen the size of the space they have to work with? Plans are in the work for expanding.
