New here from Northern NJ

    Hi guys, new to the site and from nj. I have been slowly buying different brews of higher quality than I'm used too and I must say it is deff an addiction did not know what I was missing all these years till recently lol. I would appreciate any help on where is the best place to acquire some of the finest local or non local beers here in nj. I have a wine and spirit warehouse near my house that carries brands of crafted like, flying fish, dogfish, arrogant bastard and most of the stone brewery stuff.

    Most recently tried, Weyerbacher's merry monk's and Troeggs Brothers mad elf which I found very tasty. But I have been limited,on where else to go for future purchases to build up stock for myself but also to hopefully trade with others as we'll in the near future. Thanks again for having this great site :slight_smile:

    My favorite stores by County in Northern NJ

    Morris: Liquor Outlet or Bottle King Morris Plains
    Passaic: Garys or BK Wayne
    Warren: Wine Country or Wardells Pub
    Essex: BK Livingston or Total Wine West Orange
    Sussex: Only been to the Shop Rite Liquors in Franklin
    Hudson: Hoboken Vine
    Bergen: Ramsey Liquors

    Hi guys sorry was running a bunch of errands today and just got home lol. I'm in Essex County near Belleville. Man didn't know there was this much of beer crowd here in nj going to suck when I move to south florida this summer lol. Great info guys much appreciated the place I normally go to in Belleville is Kelly's Wine liquor and Growler bar. Stopped by there today and picked up some Allagash white 4 pk enjoying it as I type. I'm deff looking to try some of those hard to find Cali beers like any of the Pliny's, Black Tuesday and Zombie Dust from Indiana. Cheers !!!

    If you're near Belleville, definitely check out the Shepard and knucklehead. Always have a nice selection of beer and good crowd. And there's a bar called jummy gs down the block that I always grab food at beforehand.

    The Cloverleaf is pretty awesome. Take a ride up to Highpoint Brewing or down to Kane.

    You should be able to score some Nosferatu in 4 packs still. I saw 2 cases today at BK Livingston.

    Instead of posting a new topic does anyone know any good beer stores in Monmouth county? I'll be missing out on Black Friday stuff in nyc for beer as I'll be in NJ and wondering if there's any good stores to check out.

    I second Cloverleaf. They have a firestone walker event coming up that looks great. Not to mention aparabola vert
