New here though some might already know me!

Just saying hello. I've been on the other site for around 5 years or so under the same username. I'm from Northern Ireland though I now live in São Paulo, Brazil.

I'm a huge lambic fan and ex professional brewer. I did the Neill & Ross "Shot In The Dark" collaboration with Girardin which was a blackberry fruit lambic. Would love to do more lambics but living so far from Belgium will make that pretty difficult! I also used to brew professionally for a well known brewery in Ireland.
