New Hops To You

    The "new to me" hops that have impressed me the most over the last year or so are...

    Crystal. Reminds me of Cascade with a slight mint flavor. Great for an American Pale Ale.

    Williamette. My go to now for brown ales, porters, and stouts. Like a blend of Cascade and noble hops.

    Brewed an IPA with Azacca and El Dorado. I was impressed on how fruity it was.
