Not at all. Google Boudreaux's butt paste
We stay chapped down here so we use this quite a bit. It's wipes off the kegs easily.

One thing to keep in mind is Zythos is a hop blend so there really is no need to combine it with other hop varieties.

    Cheers!

I'm really only looking for the vanilla/coconut aspect of it as it will complement other hops. Did you get any of that? I'm wondering where in the process to add it to maximize that aspect. It'll be in conjunction with El Dorado and Denali.

I really liked it in Oliver's Bury the Sun- slightly earthy and dank, with quite a bit of blood orange and generic tropical notes

You could produce a nice APA/IPA with that amount of Zythos hops. Maybe a hop schedule like:
    • 1 ounce with 10 minutes remaining in the boil
    • 1 ounce end of boil - 20 minute hopstand
    • 2-3 ounces dry hops
    Cheers!

Mostly herbal with a hint of citrus to my tongue. A solid substitute for Noble and classic saison hops, but nothing tropical fruity like you have with those two.

I think that a little old school hop with these over the top tropical fruit bombs is a good thing. Simple hops like Cascade or Centennial that give you that grapefruit character always bring the beer back down to earth instead of it being pure fruit juice. Maybe that's what you're looking for, though. In that case, Nelson, Mosaic, Galaxy, Citra, or even Amarillo would be where I'd go.

I was given over 13 pounds of unopened hops with a kegerator I just purchased. Tons of cascade, chinook, centennial, Columbus, Simcoe, Azacca and Belma with a smattering of palisade, zythos, summit, willamette, magnum, calypso , Amarillo, Galaxy, Nelson, citra, perle, Crystal, etc. quite overwhelming trying to plan out their use haha. I have plenty of hops for Pliny and blind pig clones I've had lined up to brew at the very least
