I'm not a big Chimay fan either. The 150th is a different beast. Complex triple, with several layers of flavor, apripcot, bubblegum, biscuit among other layers. I was at a tasting with three other jaded quaffers and we'd been through some Italian sours, a Baladin Copper 2004 Barleywine (a $45 bottle) and other standout's I'm forgetting and finished up with the Chimay 150. We all were blown away and started making plans to split a case.
