Hey everyone. I'm a new owner of a kegerator and it has been giving me nothing but problems. All have been fixed except the newest... My CO2 gauge is stuck at 0 with the tank on and valve open. Turning the adjustment screw does not raise the psi. We have even turned it all the way. So, is my pressure gauge broken? Is it the regulator? Is co2 still flowing and I just can't regulate the pressure but still be able to drink the keg? Also. Co2 tank was recently replaced so I'm pretty positive it's not empty. I just want to drink my beer.
Remove your gas coupler from the keg and manually hold down the release plunger. If the gas free-flows then your gauge is kaput. If you get no gas flow the reg is tits-up (or empty tank). More than one kegerator'er has had a tank vent overnight after reattaching the reg. Weigh your tank and compare to tare weight for quantity remaining.
