Just a suggestion for the website - I know I have multiple tabs open on my browser most of the time at school, work, and home.

Hotmail and Gmail are examples where it will just say (Inbox - "yourgmailname") when you have no new messages, but (Inbox (1) - "yourgmailname") when you have a message. That way you don't have to keep checking all the time if you are waiting for a message and working on a different tab.

I'm aware that I can get a notification sent to my email which would alert me on my email tab, but I have email notifications turned off to prevent inbox clutter. Not sure if this is even possible since gmail will auto update and show itself on the screen if you have a new message as opposed to BA where you have to refresh or navigate to another page to get the notification.

If this has been brought up before please delete this and disregard.
