    We can certainly try the Beerhive again. I had a great time there and the owners/staff were very nice and accommodating. I still have John's email if you would like it Adam (I would organize, but am swamped with finals and internship).

    If you guys decide to do it on 5/10, I think I can make it out there again.

    And I thought the Beehive was awesome! I have no problem going back there at all. (Especially if there's a Pens playoff game that night.)

    question: anyone dig cigars?

    There's a badass cigar shop near my house and they have a large outdoor patio area...could swing by and inquire about having a tasting there if anyone is interested...just throwing out ideas...

    Only into cigars in the form of cities. (aka cigar...city..har...har...)

    99 bottles is a go and am still waiting for beerhive to get back to me.

    I personally prefer beerhive. I thought last one was great.

    I'm looking forward to busting out some big guns this time.

    I'd love to make it out to this one. The 10th is most likely not possible, but I can try if happen then. The 17th would be no problem to make it out. We'll never get a date that is good for everyone though especially in graduation/wedding season. As for a location, I think the most central we can get is best, but I'll make it out to any place.

    I was talking to the girl that runs beermuda in new Kensington and is interested in holding a bottle share on their deck. It doesn't have to be sooner be next month or so. If anyone is interested in that I can try and set something up with her.

    Yeah, I did not have to do the deposit. Not sure what happened with that. I will send you the spreadsheet with the info on I used last time when I get home from work.

    Nope. I have been in contact with the beer hive. Please sign up on the sheet if you are coming. We needs at least 10 people.

    Right now it's reserved on the 10th at 7:00pm. I'll post more details later today.

    Ok. It looks like we are a go. They are now requiring a deposit because they have gotten burned recently on last minute cancellations to the party room.

    If you are interesting in going to this, PLEASE SIGN UP ON THE SHEET. I have to give them a head count next week so they can plan for food. As long as we have at least 10 people paying $10 for the catered food, we should be good. Food is going to be nachos/cheese, pretzels, and bbq pork sliders.

    I'm going to meet up with John in the next couple of days to go over all the details but it should work out similarly like the last time.

    Can anyone else think of anything we might need? The coolers worked out well last time, can someone bring those? I have asked if they can supply something, but just in case I think it'd be good to have a cooler backup.

    Beer raffle worked out well last time (expect me not winning). Is everyone in for that as well?

    Someone mentioned name tags - yay/nay?

    What are you doing about the deposit? You need us to chip in?

    I think all we'll need are clean glasses, plenty of water and dump buckets. Beer rafflle? Sure. Name tags would be helpful but not necessary.

    Last day to sign up for the food is Wednesday. It looks like we should have at least 10. So looks like we are good to go.

    We WILL need the coolers and ice again though. Can anyone hook that up?
