Kriek is not going to be sour. Gose should be the same as last year, mildly tart.

Given that and the earlier description, I really wish they wouldn't call it a kriek.

From @rainerschuhsler's post a Belgian-style Brown Ale of subtle caramel and dark malt character aged with tart cherries from the Willamette Valley. The gose is going to be the same as it always was. No surprises at all there. Glad Real Heavy and the RIS will be bottled. Love both of those.

I really enjoyed the Gose. I know a lot of people thought it was sub par, but I disagree. Salty, citrus filled gose in a can available during the summer...sold!

I'm such a fan of Lost Gold, but it was so hard/impossible to find any fresh. Brew dates should be on all IPAs!!!

Also, $5.99 for bombers of Commisar is pretty much unbeatable.

Does anyone how the bottling date correlates to the best buy date on Lost Gold? 6 months?

I've finally tried the Commissar and I'm very impressed, but I like hoppy stouts. I would love to try this fresh. I wish RA bottled on dated their merch. Also BA this bad boy? Please?

IIRC, Commissar is a rebrew of the XV Anniv beer, so they've already done a BA version: https://realalebrewing.com/beers/volume-xv/

I could be wrong, but I believe the new bombers have dates on them. I don't have one in front of me to confirm though. Regardless, the oldest batch of Commissar on the market is only 4 months old, which is pretty fresh for an imperial stout.
