New Republic out of College Station are having their first bottle release this Thursday at Harvey Washbangers, and the bottles will be available in College Station and at the Downtown Houston Specs on Friday. Hoping to get a couple bottles from friends in College Station.

Astrolabe is a couple batches of their Dunkelweizen that "turned acidic". They enjoyed the flavor so much they decided to age it in Oak Merlot barrels and bottle it.

Great job EA728. According to Dean (and he can correct me if im wrong), they are only gonna ship 2-3 cases down from CS for the entire city.

ISO, I'll hook you up. If you're going to be at Freetail this weekend even better.

I dunno guys... I've had a few of these "so, we screwed up so AMAZINGLY we couldn't dump it" types of sours and they usually come out anywhere from bad to mediocre.

Surprisingly the best I had was an infected keg of La Bestia Aimable from Ranger Creek. Tasted almost exactly like lemonade.

Soooo... anyone secure me a bottle? I wanna try it. :stuck_out_tongue:
