New Tired Hands to open next week.....

That's what I figured, I just wanted to make sure.

 

Pretty stoked that this new place is opening up. Can't wait to taste the new menus options, another bonus, reservations!

 

When will the believers club open back up?

 

Do you mean for new memberships? I have no idea. I assume the purpose of it was to generate capital as they ramped up for the opening of the new location, so based on that I'd guess "when they're ready to open a third location"

 

The food sounds amazing. I might have to go there next week sometime.

 

Dammit that sounds awesome. Can't wait to go down there.

 

Have yet to go to TH, but have a buddy that ships me growlers of beers, I've had St. Twoer, Knuckle Knuckle, Ambassador Aardvark, Tongue Extinguisher...

I equate the cloudiness of the IPA's to FLAVOR COUNTRY, the cloudier, the more flavor!

Ambassador Aardvark wasn't cloudy since it's a Berliner Wiesse...

Absolutely love their beers. Need to make a visit up there, have a friend that is also working at the new Fermentaria too.

 

The space is stunning to see in person. There are very few brewpubs that put people right up next to the brewing process the way this place will.

 

Have a table reserved for Friday, cannot wait to see this place. It's going to feel awesome having some TH beers with a dinner that doesn't consist of a panini and pickles. Not that they were bad (they're not, the peppery dill pickles are incredible), but this will be a great change of pace.

Were they doing growler fills at the new place? If so, how were they filling growlers? The same way as they do at the brewpub?

 

Ok so are they open? I know no one seems to be asking that question but how did people get in here if they are not open?

 

Agreed there, I love the food menu at the cafe, but it's a little difficult to talk the Mrs into going there for dinner, since she isn't going for the beers; candied bacon only gets me so far, and a panini doesn't get me the rest of the way.

 

They completed the time-travelling scavenger hunt, so Christian Zellersfield let them in next week.

 

There is a counter-pressure filler in one of the pictures I've seen.

I dont care how nice the new place is. IF they CP fill growlers that will be the best part.

Unless they charge more for it lol.

 

How were the prices for the food, at least compared to the old place? They're not posted online, and I just want to make sure it's not all super expensive before I make a reservation.

 

Hmmm... tried to find the picture and failed. I may have been dreaming so I'd curb that enthusiasm for now.

 

Getting my hopes up like that and then crushing them is pretty evil... you better hope there really is a counter-pressure system in there!
