So I have recently sampled some aged beer and wanted to start a small collection of my own. I live in an apartment so I don't have a cellar or a lot of room. Needless to say my collection has grown over the past few months and it's started to dawn on me that maybe some of the stuff in my collection isn't well suited to age. Below is a list of what I have, I would greatly appreciate any input, advice or past experience you could offer. Thanks in advance.

2016 Rodenbach Alexander (I've read this is a great candidate for aging)
2015 Allagash Interlude (Assuming since its Brett yeast it's a good candidate?)
2016 Terrapin Single Origin coffee stout variety 4pk (assuming probably not a good candidate)
2016 Allagash Hive 56 (another Brett)
    2016 Wicked Weed Black Angel
2016 Victory Java Cask (just noticed an enjoy by date so assuming that's a no)
2016 Avery Lunctis Viribus (Barrell Aged series No. 33)
2014 Gulden Draak Barrell aged Brewmasters edition (Thinking this one may be ready to drink?)
2015 Terrapin Cinnamon Rolled WnB Coffee Oatmeal Imperial stout
2015 D9 Viking Fraoch (almost has a full year on it, maybe ready to crack?)
2015 D9 Whiskers on Kittens Blonde sour
2016 D9 System Natvrae Wild sour Ale
2012 Brouwerij De Molen Bommen & Granten Barleywine (Says enjoy within 25 years)
2015 Southern Tier Choklat Imperial Stout
2015 Southern Tier Mokah Imperial Stout
2015 Green Flash Dia De Los Serranos Imperial stout with Serrano chiles

I'd agree on drinking the BA Gulden Draak (unless someone has more experience with that one) as I aged one for about a year and have also aged regular GD and I love this beer but did't think it was improving with time. I think you may want to drink the Southern Tier Choklat and Mokah just based on not want to lose all the added coffee and chocolate flavors which will fade over time.

Have you had them all fresh before? If not, drink them fresh before aging any bottles so you have a frame of reference of how they evolve. Also, if you like your coffee beers to have strong coffee flavors drink those sooner rather than later because that coffee will most likely fade over time. Other than that, you seem good to go. Good luck!

Agree on the GD, it's a fantastic beer, guess I'll pop that one soon. I've tasted all of them fresh except the Allagash Interlude...thankfully I picked up two of those so I might have to give one of those a taste. As far as the ST Mokah and Choklat go, how does a sweet lactose character usually age? I found both of those to be almost too sweet so I was hoping they would mellow out with time? I could be 100% wrong though. Also, any thought or experience with aging chili beers?
