You will want to go to the production brewery about 10-15mins away (off Sheldon Road closer to airport) for to-go sales... That will get you the freshest stock of anything they are bottling at the moment. I have been to the North Olmstead FH many times, but honestly don't recall them having any to-go sales for bottled beer... If they do, I apologize ahead of time if someone corrects me!

Make sure to check their hours though on the day you will be there. Closed Monday's and open at 4pm during the week.

 

You're right. They used to sell their own bottles and guest bottles to go, but their license didn't allow for it so they had to stop.

 

Rozi's in Lakewood and other bottle shops in the area should have plenty of Fathead's brew's - or just drive south (just off Rt 71) to the TapRoom on Sheldon Rd

 

The Taproom has most of what is available on the market right now (and the freshest you'll find it), but when I was there this past weekend Hop Stalker was gone. Not sure if they just need to restock or if they are actually out.

 

So whats the deal with Blacklick wine and spirits closing? did anyone hear anything about it?

Rumor is they got a large offer for their liquor license from Giant Eagle?

 

That is a pretty cool sub. Wish Cleveland had one!

 

Giant Eagle purchased a shop in Cleveland years ago for the same reason, would make sense.

 

Pretty much any winter seasonal you could ask for was at Market District in Grandview today, including GLBC Ohio City. They also had the new Ommegang kriek, Hop Stalker and Founders Harvest behind the counter. Plus, they had cases of the Dragon's Milk variants.

 

Maine beer company beers hit Dayton in bottles today worth the hype?

 

You probably already have access to better/fresher IPAs/pales made in Ohio. That being said, I've enjoyed their beers in the past, they are quality beers and if you've never had them, they are worth a try.

 

I like Lunch and Mo when fresh. Maybe wait until they're on draft somewhere in the following months

The few MBC bottles that dropped in Columbus today were only 2 weeks old, so if you get em now they're definitely fresh.

Wow lucky !!!Belmont's had MBC today and I'm pretty sure Ollie's will too or at least have it on draft at some point soon

Ollie's had bottles today. They also have a couple MBC brews on tap. Great place to live near.

 

Dublin Whole Foods has one in their Singles/Bomber cooler as of yesterday.
