That is a matter of opinion, but in mine, you are not.

I've always found their sours to be top notch and the anniversary beers in years past have been some of the best high abv beers I've ever had.

Chocolate Rain label approved for Ohio has me wondering why it, but not Black Tuesday...
I guess you and I will differ on what beers we consider to be total dumpster fires. That's what makes beer so awesome

    Cheers!

And Cheers to you @Keffa although I have to say I too am not a fan of Black Tuesday regardless of how I'd describe it  8 Maids a Milking is probably my best example of theirs, a relative high ABV, albeit not over 13%, where the booze is totally hidden.

Anyway, for what it's worth, Hoppin Frog is effing bursting at the seams tonight--"TORIS Day" is in full effect.

Hmmm maybe they just got that approved first? It wouldn't make much sense for that to show, but not Black Tuesday. That said, I really wish those big Bruery beers would be put into 12oz or 16oz bottles. 750ml for 15% is kinda crazy to me.

They wouldn't be able to charge 30-40 bucks a bottle in 12's.

Any ideas on if I'm able to buy some bodhi driving through columbus from Cleveland to Athens and back? I can find 4pks around Cleveland if I'm on top of things but thinking it might be easier locally? Called the brewery and they don't sell out of their location just yet.

I was looking for some Sunday and came up empty after checking in 4 beer shops and 5 grocery stores. People are still sweeping it but there may be some lesser known spots with a few lefts. Hopefully someone can give you a fresh lead. Next bottling run is scheduled for 9/12 with distro starting 9/13 (per Tony on FB).

The Sour in the Rye with Peaches was one of my favorites from them. I have never seen it around here. Some of the High ABV stouts/old ales/ barley wines are difficult to drink much of from a richness standpoint as much as the alcohol, but many of them are up there with Goose Island, Firestone, Jackie O's, and Central Waters for some of the best barrel ages beers in the country from my experience.

Their fruited versions are amazing but I believe you have to be in the society to have access.

Haven't had 120 yet, but I'm drinking a Toris and it's pretty good, but regular Boris is still a better stout

That's who I got mine from, so I assumed so, like BT. Surprised to see Chocolate Rain on the list. Be more surprised to actually come across it though

I'm thinking the Chocolate Rain listing would be a keg and not bottles, but I could be wrong.

Well, more Bruery stuff for you guys I guess. I have 4-5 bottles of things people sent me as extras and I really have no desire to open them. I suspect when I do open them, I will drink a few ounces and the drain will get the rest.

Just have a Bruery share, dainty pours for all!
Are you at Frog, or elsewhere? Wonder if I was sitting next to you lol. Also had their Old School Baltic Porter collab, Pizza IPA collab, Intensity barleywine, and BA Reserve. Lots of new stuff flowing. Feeling nice about now.

I second this as well  so any idea how hard it will be to track down 120 min on Monday?

I had thought there would be a decent amount, but my Cavalier rep made it sound much more limited than anticipated and like there would be more than one shipment too. I think anything over 12% will fly off the shelf for now, but once everyone is used to it things won't go quite as fast.
