    It's official. Confirmed from Founders rep. They are going to try to make an Ohio version at 12% or under though, so we may still get it. More to come. Hopefully they call it "Ohio's laws are BS".

    And I think you may have misread/misunderstood my post (assuming your insults are directed at it). I don't think Founders execs sat around a table and brainstormed ways to fuck over Ohio. But I do think there had to be an intentional change to result in a higher ABV and that shouldn't have happened without considering how it would impact their customers and distributors - they are a national company and need to think about downstream impact of any changes like this.

    Maybe they think they can play a role in changing the law in Ohio--it's possible they've been hearing about the push larger Ohio breweries have been making the past few moths to introduce legislation, and they're thinking a little consumer outrage could help the cause.

    Sure, that's a stretch, but ultimately, breweries outside of Ohio should neither be held accountable for nor hostage to our archaic idiocy.

    GE Lewis Center still has that Deschutes beer that it's not supposed to be around. Also Americano Stout in their 10.99 pick six in case you want to try it without dropping the $17/6pk.

    Talked to the Ohio Founders Rep tonight and a certain someone over at Premium and was told....don't count KBS out of Ohio just yet. :slight_smile:

    Ollie's is an amazing place, for real. Any of you guys looking for stuff that is gone elsewhere should ask us Dayton folks if we still have it. Chance are, we do.

    Edit: Except for Juju. Ollie's only got 2 cases the first time round and it went within an hour
