It will be fun (fun is a synonym for a shit show) to watch it unfold. The allocation our state will require pretty much means they will have to take it from someone else right? Hope all of these other states enjoyed their run. Now when they laugh at us it will only be for the Browns and Bengals

 

Pretty insane how quickly it went from one step to the next considering how slow everything else has been over the past few terms.

Although, there is the odd caveat that beers over 12% can't have caffeine in them, am I reading this correctly?

 

Just checked the version of the bill I had read and it seems outdated. It still has the 21% limit but does say it takes effect 1 year after being passed.
