I'm sure a quick mention to your beer guy can prevent standing in a line.

Maybe, maybe not. I generally just buy what's on the shelf and don't worry about it any.

Well, it seems it already has. There were lots of infection issues with more coming up every day it seems. Mostly the variants but I think some people are claiming regular has infection issues. I've had 3-4 bottles that have all been great.

Your easy/close options in Columbus are weilands, savor growl, savor market, palmers (basically in that order). All are on indinianola (1 street off 71) between morse and weber. Only other option that wouldn't drastically detour you is hoof hearted brewpub if you wanted to grab growler(s) to go.

If any Seventh Son Proliferous is left in Columbus on your trip, grab some. That beer is excellent.

Warehouse beverage on the east side of Cleveland is a good one.

Jungle Jim's eastgate isn't too far off I71 and the party source in Newport, KY just over the river would be another option.

If you make it all the way to Lexington I highly recommend the Beer Trappe. Excellent selection across the board for bottles and draft.

    In Lexington:

Beer Trappe - great bottle selection
Liquor Barn Hamburg - top notch beer selection, but check behind the counter to make sure they don't have anything back there.
Liquor Barn Beaumont - same thing as Hamburg but the beer guys there tend to be nicer. It isn't as big as Hamburg either.
Shenanigans Wine and Spirits - great staff there but sometimes get shafted by the distributors. Good stuff there though.

So been following this thread to see when Bodhi would be making its long awaited bottle debut and haven't read anyone post on here about their website, but it says late summer. Hopefully that means end of july

Has Madtree always distributed to NW Ohio, or are they starting to expand to the northern part of the state? I'd love to grab some Galaxy High in Cleveland.

Where are you seeing Galaxy High? I picked up a 4pk when it hit around the end of April.

Bring it in or order delivery. They also sometimes have a food truck outside.

Thanks! Ended up picking up a pizza from Grande Ranch which was fantastic and took it over there. Cool little place (first trip there) with some quality beers. Nothing really jumped out at me in the way that Columbus and Fat Heads does but they didn't have any DIPAs either. The regular IPA offerings were pretty good though and probably better than Columbus IPA which has always been a staple in my house. The coffee porter was also very good.
