Green Flash Cellar 3: Natura Morta Boysenberry is hitting shops around Ohio. The plum version last year was a resounding grand slam! I'll be seeking this one out fo sho.

For anybody that didn't know (didn't see much of this around town), De Proef did a Citra/Mosaic dry hopped Farmhouse Ale with Trillium and it's awesome! Still so cool to see the Trillium logo on something in Ohio haha.

Also, Citra Mandala is badass. Anyone know when the next hop variation might be canned?

FW is almost done with a huge expansion. They will not have capacity issues much longer.

Citra Hero cans are great. Grabbed some of those and Citra Mandala cans last night. Both are FAF.

Hahaha ticketed release for a beer I can get growler fills of with ease? Continue with this immensely entertaining hobby. What's next ticketed releases for a summer wheat?

I completely understand anyone's hesitation on ticketing anything. It's absolutely gonna be a personal choice. However, I'd hope folks would reserve judgement until details are released. This is basically a one time shot to throw a party celebrating a beer that a lot of folks have been waiting half a decade or more for, and include some cool stuff in a ticket price.

Dude, it's going to hit distro. They're holding a release party to celebrate something that many of us have been waiting for. If you want to go and celebrate, great. It's a party. If you don't, wait for it to hit distro. You probably should reserve judgement until you know what all a ticket entails.

I fucking love this idea. So much so that I almost cried when I realized that my wife scheduled our trip to Tampa that day:angry::angry::angry::angry:. I would like to suggest that it starts veeerrrry early in the morning:grinning:

The one who drops by every so often to crate havoc here.

No need to name them and give them any further press.

It's not a judgement it's an opinion. I hope everyone enjoys the party. There are currently no details released so hard to judge the validity of the event. Calling it a ticketed release makes it sound like such. Calling it a release party paints a completely different picture. Enjoy the party that is apparently happening but was not mentioned at all in the announcement. (Puts away phone and pays for bodhi growler)

Agreed. I'm not understanding the assumed "release party" for the "ticketed bottle release", was there something else mentioned? Why is everyone so emotional over the bottles being released verse being able to get growlers?

Because sometimes I don't want to pay $16 to drink 64 ounces of a DIPA in 24 hours?

But more so, I think, for me, it signals the long awaited expansion of an outstanding brewery. Don't get me wrong, I love the varieties on shelves now, but not living very conveniently located to a growler store, grabbing a four pack of Bodhi from a grocery store shelf will be pretty exciting

Years and years of anticipation for the first bottles of one of the best ipas in the country will do that. Kind of like how everyone was a Cavs fan this year:slight_smile:
I am beyond thrilled to not have to drive over an hour to get some and be able to consume periodically instead of all one night, including Bodhi taking road trips with me now!
