It's an official style? Since when? Not arguing, just asking because it is news to me.

 

They will have all 4 on draft? I was just assuming they would have the 1 on draft, and bottles available for the other 3.

 

I just looked around a bit and couldn't find any source that recognizes ne ipa as a style. I only did a quick search, so if I'm wrong, hit me up w a link. In any case, it is not a type of ipa I like very much, generally.

Lakewood has Mission and Vox Altum on draft now, their FB page says 3 sours in bottles and draft, the 4th is vox, so that would be all 4 on draft today. I hope.

Yea, ba holds no authority to sanction beer styles. They are just saying the nerds accept it and the beer is rated highly on the site, so therefore it is official. Nah, not how it works haha.

I hope to find it, where I'm at no luck so far. Too far west. But I'll be in Lakewood today should be able to score it. Buddy had it, said it was really good.

At Lakewood bottle house. No one here, Cherry and Fig on tap. Delicious. Much better than the Swan.

 

What are the bottle prices?

 

No specific hate here towards Bottle House...but maybe create a specific release thread for them since they seem to have a lot of unique bottles and release events? Kind of like what was done for Wolf Ridge...just my $0.02

I agree with that. Besides being ambitious, I like their DIY style. No distributor, just delivering fresh cans out their own van. I stopped at my store today and they had just left cold and sweating 'Sapphire Cloud' cans. Their stuff may lack consistency at times and rarely knocks your socks off. However, its reasonably priced, almost always fresh and they have new offerings in local stores almost weekly. Most rarely gets made twice. Project series, Small batch series and Kettle series etc. I like their concept. 12 packs of 'New Cleveland' for $16.99 isn't a bad beer to keep in your fridge for guests and after lawn mowing.

ya been there 3 times the past few weeks, I'm worried the Lakewood location won't make it. All 3 times there was no one in there but us. Today a few people came in, and granted it was 4-5.

 

Do they can their sours and, if so, which ones do you recommend?
