Nope, just the cases at distributors. I have seen it on draft at a couple places though.

That is all that I have seen as well. I was hoping they would also package this beers in six-packs so I could try it small before committing to a case. Oh well?

    Cheers!

In the case of dating coding of any sort, according to the FDA - Food Product Dating:

That's interesting, thanks for the clarification. And I would still like to see Food Labels on beer regardless because the other info is helpful.

Well, they now allow voluntary nutritional labels (no more "Prohibited" because it implied beer was healthy). .
Ruling 2013–2 Voluntary Nutrient Content Statements in the Labeling and Advertising of Wines, Distilled Spirits, and Malt Beverages
Can't say I've seen many on "Craft" brewers' products but maybe I don't buy those beers?

As for actual ingredient lists, that's coming soon according to an article I just read*.

    * Oh, damn. Shoulda mentioned that I read it in an old newspaper we found while we were pulling up the old linoleum in the parlor.

If it makes you feel any better:
    Yeah, OK - thanks.

The last part is my concern. With what has been exposed in the US wine industry, unfortunately I think much of the same is going on in the craft beer industry.

It's solid, definitely sweeter/fruitier, but for 4 bucks, I wasn't complaining. And yes, the canning date was on the bottom of the can.

This consumer does as you do....if it's not dated, I'm not buying it. Probably missed out on more than a few New Trail releases because of this.

FWIW when I was grocery shopping at my local Wegmans supermarket I visited the beer section and I had at least 5 differing New Trail brands (cans) in my hands. I picked them up and flipped them over to see if there were any dates and all 5 brands were not dated. I walked out with a six-pack of Victory DirtWolf which was bottled in March.

    Cheers!

I saw Crisp in 12 pack and 6 packs (12 ounce cans) at my local third tier retail distributor (Brewski’s Beverage) on Tuesday.

Was going to purchase it, but didn’t feel like breaking out a magnifying glass to look for canning dates.

Do any of you know if Replenish is a seasonal beer or not? Hoping to come across it here in NJ but if it was an older seasonal I will know to pass. Thanks for the help :beers:

Replenish is year round. They did just release Double Replenish a few weeks ago, I’m thinking that might be a one time or occasional thing

I just got back from visiting my local Retail Beer Distributor. I saw Replenish on the shelf. I picked one four-packs up and flipped to see there was no dates. I put it back on the shelf.

    Cheers!

Only time I really drink Replenish is out of their variety pack which is dated on the carton. New Trail does have a knack for making tasty new school west coast IPAs, just a shame you can’t tell most of the time when they were canned. Replenish is a really good beer fresh.

South County has been a good substitute for me. Just can't buy new trail without dates.

The stovepipes do have a date now, it's stamped on the bottom on the outer ring towards the front labeling. From the few I picked up it wasn't always the easiest to read but it's there. And I saw some that were canned on 04/03 so there's very fresh stock out there.

Grabbed a hoppy variety pack today, carton was stamped packaged 4/5. Inside Broken Heels and Double Broken Heels had dates on the bottom of the can. Replenish and Gear Head had no dates though.

Never mind, on closer look Replenish and Gear Head are dated. The stamp is really on the edge of the can and difficult to read though. At least it seems like dating is starting to happen across the product line.

I have also refused to buy New Trail beers as long as they do not have canned on dates.

When I was at Giant recently, I was intrigued by Pine Creek Pilsner, which is dry-hopped with Galaxy. I looked on the underside of the can and was pleasantly surprised to see "CANNED ON 03/15/2023" so I bought a 4-pack. I haven't tried it yet as I have some other things in my cue right now. Definitely looking forward to having one soon!
