Plus eat at a Triple D location.

Paper street is on their third location (downtown Kennewick, parkway Richland, and now somewhere in the boonies west pasco). Anyway, they didn’t impress me. Maybe third times the charm? Been curious about moonshot. Never heard about sage, but looks promising.

There was some talk in another thread about bacon (and other meats?) in beer. Well, how about bacon on a plate and beer in a glass? Seems like the place to put this. Perhaps, bacon will get @beertunes to make his way to the TC? I’ve never been (I don’t really go to these type of things), but always seems to sell out.

I endorse this plan of action. I just wish Shrub Steppe was still open. Their beer was fairly mediocre but their bbq was on point, so you had a spot to dine at between the other two breweries.

Isn't Golden Road out of San Diego?

At least on paper they're PNW based, but, yeah.

Back when Elysian was still independent, New Belgium was always at WA beer festivals listed as a local brewery ("New Belgium WA") due to Dick Cantwell and Kim Jordan dating and probably some business agreement.

I grew up there, and I'll be the first to tell you, it's...bizarre.
