New Upright?

    I haven't seen much with the new J'eau(sp?) grape sour in the trading forum. Curious what the details on this are. Sounds delicious.

    Malt & hops: two-row pale, organic C-15, 2010 warm aged hallertauer
    Yeasts: House saison and brettanomyces claussenii
    Bacteria: lactobacillus deibruekii
    Also: Eola-Amity Hills muscat grapes
    Brewed: October 16th 2012, Bottled October 22nd 2013
    Total yield: 107 cases and 4 kegs, 6.5% abv

    $20 per bottle, 3 max per person. No distribution (as far as I know)...may or may not be bottles left for sale at the brewery...I'm sure someone else can confirm one way or the other.
