Will start with some fresh Trillium and end with Side Project's Saison De Rogue. I've got a few SP bottles & have yet to crack one. Think I'll save Pulling Nails for my birthday in a few weeks. Happy New Year, Everyone!

I was in the store yesterday to buy cheap beer for the weekend and suddenly got the notion to also grab a single of Abt12 for tonight. One's enough, I don't get the itch often but scratch it when I do.

Real close but 2nd Fiddle won out. It was a 12/3/14 canning. Not sure how old the Heady actually was because I got it in a trade. It was really close, and I was pleased that the 2F lived up to the hype. And is completely different than Mastermind.

I really need to get back to VT and pick up some Second Fiddle, which I've never had. I bought a case + 2 four packs of Mastermind when I was in VT a few months ago. I was blown away at how good it was and, wanting to share the experience promptly gave away a case among various friends and kinda regretted it

I grabbed the Barbapapa for $9 today. I would have sworn it was $8 last time but I could be confusing it with something else. Either way, I'm not complaining over a buck for a 12% stout from Pretty Things. Should be nice in a few hours.

I love Mastermind, fortunate to get it a couple of times. First time having 2nd Fiddle and in my opinion it lives up to the hype. Very easy to drink and a little more floral or citrusy than Mastermind which I found to be slightly anise flavor. Still can taste the Fiddlehead flavor profile. So far I am really impressed with Fiddlehead.

Wherever you're buying Barbapapa is marking up the price more than other retail outlets. I've found it priced in the $7.50 - $8 price range for the late 2014 release. (For example, Whole Foods River Street had it priced at like $7.95.)

Matt, had fresh Headys (canned Monday) yesterday and then both 12/10 and 12/31 canning of 2F today. In the 2F camp all the way right now.
