For picking up - I would check out Total Wine (1 in North Miami and 1 in Pinecrest) - they will have all of Cigar City's year round offerings and some others from local breweries (Due South up in Boynton Beach). There is also a Stop N' Shop on Ponce de Leon Blvd in Coral Gables that has a great selection, although the prices are jacked up.

For drinking on site there are a number of options. Wynwood Brewery just opened a few months ago in the Wynwood area of Midtown - great spot to check out. Additionally there is Abbey Brewing on South Beach that brews their own beer and may have some other Florida offerings. LoKal in Coconut Grove has a great beer selection as well as OTC in Brickell - very up to date and locally reflected beer lists.

Others I can think of: Filling Station (Downtown), Funky Buddha (Ft. Lauderdale) if you are willing to make the 30 minute drive, Wood Tavern (Wynwood).

Lokal, OTC and Wynwood are your best bets as mentioned above. Also, all the World of Beer locations typically have a few local options on tap. If you make it up to Ft. Lauderdale, Laser Wolf is a must-hit as well.
