Which styles are best suited for aging? Thanks in advance!

Each Style description in the Styles list in the Beers section of the web site provides a recommendation about aging or not. Generally it's a reasonable recommendation.

Stouts, wilds (especially Geueze and Lambics), anything with Brett, strong Belgians..

    Barley wine
    Stout
    Mostly malty high abv beer
Brett beers for sure (my favorite)
Most wild ales and Belgians like one of the above posters said^^

I personally like some saisons aged like Sofie and in my case I really like tank 7 after it has mellowed out some.

Any thing that's hop forward is not somthing you would want to age.
Gose and Berliner Weiss don't seem to age well either..

My apologies. I didn't realize there was a forum dedicated to the subject. Should've known better.

Pick up the book vintage beer, it's a great read and should answer a ton of your questions.

I was about to post the very same thing. Glad I ducked the sarcasm bullet:confused:
