The only newer IPA I get on a regular basis is Upland Coastbuster.

Locally, anything from Comrade, Station 26, Mountain Sun, and Cannonball Creek fits the bill.
If I lived in New England (or had ready access to that style of IPA), I'd be all over Trillum, Treehouse, HF, Lawson's, Alchemist, etc.

New England Sea Hag, when fresh that beer is way too crushable for my own good.

    Stone IPA to stretch.
    Racer 5 to say WTF.

Forsure Sierra Nevada Hop Hunter is and easy go to for me. Easy to find, reasonably priced and in 12-packs.

Oskar Blues new IPA, and Pinner are always great too.

21st Amendment Brew Free or Die (drank one earlier and may finish my current session with another). My most frequently purchased IPA

Treogs Perpetual IPA - sipping on one now, delicious, especially in cans. Canned IPAs always taste better to me

Southern Tier 2xIPA - sometimes it tastes great, sometimes only pretty good, but always available for around $10/sixer for 8.2% abv DIPA it's tough to beat

If STONE ENJOY BY was a bit cheaper I would be buying multiple cases of 12oz bottles every release. Love that stuff. Ditto Fat Heads Head Hunter.

Edit: None of these are particularly new to me. Simply my "go to" choices.

Go-To is anything by Sierra Nevada, especially Hop Hunter. They scored big with that one.

I live in Maryland but do most of my beer shopping in northern Virginia. I've discovered that I really like almost every ipa/dipa, and that freshness truly is key. So I peruse the aisles checking dates and usually just walk away with the freshest. Couple of days ago I got founders harvest ale (obviously fresh) and 3 week old jai alai. Today found some sucks 279s. Awesome! Yeah, my go to is whatever well made brew is the youngest.

Yeah, awesome beer, but at roughly $15 a 6 pack, that's less of a go-to, and more of a splurge in my book. Still, really awesome beer and would recommend to anyone.

Modus Mandarina has been my go-to as of late.

Local: gotta be Tropicalia. I'd put this up with the very best.
Not local: man I dig Over Rated, Anti-Hero, and Head Hunter. I trade for these a lot.

I hardly drink any beer regularly enough to be a go-to, with one exception, La Cumbre's Elevated. Have several every month, either from a can or on draft at the brewery.

A newer go-too, as long as it's on tap, is Bosque Brewing's Scale Tipper. Awesome beer and I'll always buy it on tap, but at $10 a bomber I can't justify that as a regular.

Not that I'd buy it as regularly if I lived in Texas, but any time I can trade for Yellow Rose, I will, because that IPA is shit like Mr. Hanky.
