Is it actually IN the Legend's Club? As in, you need a club ticket to get up there?

You can get into the Metropolitan Club as long as you are a season ticket holder or have a season ticket holder's ticket.

It IS sold in the Killebrew Lounge in the Legend's Club. And yes, you need LC tickets to get in there.

What? How would you know what Furious would taste like without the Simcoe hops?
Furious is brewed with Warrior,Simcoe,Amarillo and Ahtanum/Cascade.And Simcoe has nothing to do with any beer being "less bitter", the recipe does.
Yeah hop forward beers can taste similar IF all you perceive is bitterness(ie:served too cold at ballpark,no aroma space in glass etc).BandWagon is brewed with Chinook and Centennial and different malt.Honestly I don't think it could be more different than Furious and still be considered a Am.IPA

Like you would know. Sheesh all these beer geeks thinking they know everything about everything. Shut-up and let the brewers talk.

If anything, I think it tastes more like a hopped up bitter brewer than furious. I remember talking to a few people in the bandwagon line after I had my first one and a lot of people said they thought it tasted like furious... I couldn't disagree more. Nothing like it to me

Where in the stadium can I get Surly without needing a legends club or season ticket holder pass? I walked around for a while last night trying to find Surly to no avail and settled for something I don't consider beer so I didn't miss the whole game.

Our beer cart has arrived at Target Field and we spent some time "testing" it out this afternoon. It's located down the third base line, in section 124, and beers will be $7.75 for a 20 oz pour and $8.75 for a 24 oz pour. Surly will also be available in the 573 Bar, which is in the Legends Club. Let's play beer!

this was on their facebook and posted earlier in the thread.

Yep, right by section 124. Can't miss it. Line should only hopefully be 5 minutes or so, depending on when you go

Nice to see Surly has $40,000 for a slotting fee at Target Field.

How and where did you hear that? Supposedly that's what they paid to be there for this season??

That is what they paid for their booth this season so did anybody else who has a booth at Target Field.

It's not that I don't believe you, but what is your source? Just curious.

If they think they can make more than this by being there for the games I don't see why you would have a problem with it.

I don't believe Omar has at any time pleaded poverty. They are a business, they spend money to make more money.

They are planning to build a brewery that will cost over $30 million dollars. Pretty sure they can come up with $40grand.

The massive exposure they will get from being at Target Field will give them a pretty nice return on that 40k. My guess is next year you will see multiple Surly stands. Be nice to get them into TCF stadium as well(and Xcel while we're at it).

Good beer and mediocre baseball, but at least we beat the Yankees twice.

    Unbelievable.
Let’s try and make this real clear.
We have never paid a slotting fee or any other fee to have our beer poured anywhere.

Lifeofbrian, you have demonstrated a consistent desire to throw it out there and see what folks say without any regard to facts. As I have told you when we spoke in the past about this same problem, please do not make your speculations, rumors and gossips sound like facts. I'm sure an apology will be forthcoming, but it rings hollow after these baseless posts continue.

Thanks for clearing this up Omar. I asked the dude for his source and of course he has not responded.
