Anyone notice the new Goose Island 312 stand right next to the Surly cart? A sly move by AB to get a piece of the craft action?

That's just good marketing. But it doesn't matter who makes 312, it's still going to be terrible.

Is it as Piney as Furious? I'm not a huge Furious fan but it is mostly because it is so heavy in piney hops.

Heading to the game tomorrow and I am sure I will try it anyway but just curious.

I've had it a few times back in April. Don't remember it being as piney as furious. I did like it better than fury though.

On a side note, are there any bars with a decent selection of craft right near Target Field where we could eat pre-game?
    Thanks

I went to Rock Bottom and Fulton before the game. No complaints on either. I forget how good RB's brews are!

I'm looking forward to see how the new brewmaster's beers are. I was disappointed to see Bob leave.

Where exactly in the stadium is/are the Ball Park Cafe(s)? I will be in town and plan to catch the game on Tuesday. And is that Furious I see on the far right?

The link lists Surly Furious at the Surly Draft Carts as well as Twins Brews locations. But earlier in this thread, Surly states on their FB page that they won't be serving Furious at Target Field. What gives?

With that said, I plan on drinking my quota of Bandwagon.

Also says that Surly is available at all the Twins Brews stations. Thought it was only the one cart, and in the legands club? Maybe they expanded.

Pizza Luce downtown has a really nice selection. They also have $3.50 Summit pints all day on home game days. Plus, pizza by the slice may be one of the most affordable dining options in downtown.
