    Regensburg used to be 5 independent countries within the city walls until 1806. Jursdiction must've been a nightmare. But when I talk seperatism I'm referring to "Altbaiern". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Altbayern

    I, for one am happy that we do not live in times of mercantilistic protectionism, over 80 different currencies, various different tax and customs structures, a jurisdiction/application of law that was a total - excuse my French - clusterfuck, what with various different kinds of civil law and common law and petty hegemonic disputes anymore.

    Our tour has been cancelled, so all of our time is Bamberg has been freed up. Anybody want to meetup in Bamberg (or in the local area).
