good. While I would have dropped money on it the moment it was up for sale, I do enjoy the way they're running it right now and it does leave it open for one and all to equally have a chance to get the releases. Having been to every release last year, I'll shoot to do so for this coming year as well.

Definitely not going to happen. Major disagreement among the people in charge about how it was to be ran and what beers would be included. Here's hoping for 2016, but I'm not holding my breath.

I wouldn't say it's needed but I would like the option. I've missed the last few releases because I was out of town/busy and I would have gladly paid a membership fee to make sure I got some of the bottles offered. Then again, that's assuming the membership would include the bottles being released at these events.

More than likely so that you don't have to drive up every month and a half or so. I don't mind that drive at all. Especially on a Saturday, there's only ever really any slow down in traffic around DT Santa Barbara. But I can see why folks would want to assure themselves that they'll catch 'em all without much effort. Still, I think that it would have been a bit too complicated for them to handle what falls under what, especially since their preparator stuff like Parabola and Sucaba get such distribution.

I don't mind the drive either. Kind of like it, actually. It's just been bad timing for me the last few releases. So it's more for selfish reasons than anything.

Oh i see.. well yea that makes sense. I love the drive, because we make sure to make it about other things too, not just a visit to FW. That's Santa Barbara and tons of good wineries to visit as well.

6/12 vs 3/6 on the tickets

I can see some people not liking that change, like folks that come with a significant other and dont want to be forced into buying 12 bottles. Not an issue for me though

I liked going to the releases and feral one was great just don't want to have to buy 12 bottles
Always come with the wife and it is fun but now they are forcing so many bottles on you I don't know if will be going anymore will have to see but not rushing out to buy a ticket

I wonder if on top of the 12 bottles that come with Ticket One, can we purchase an additional 6? How does that work?

I have to agree that these preset bottle amounts are pretty steep. My girlfriend and I like to attend these events as often as we can, but we'll probably be more picky about which ones we buy tickets for in 2015. We aren't in need of 12 bottles of Feral One.

It's not a big complaint, but kind of a bummer that a lower bottle count ticket isn't available.

"Ticket One is $104 (plus Eventbrite fees - $6.71) and includes six bottles, with the option to purchase an additional six bottles during the event"

If you break it down by bottle, each one comes out to $18.45. Individual bottles run $15.99 +crv + tax so you basically get the rest of the event "free" or approximately $6 on top of what (6) bottles would normally cost. In case anyone was wondering.

Not a big fan of the pricing/bottle change. As an individual I don't mind since I usually walk out with 12+, but I typically attend with a group and not everyone is going to be cool with 12 bottle minimum per couple. Hope they add some sort of lower limit ticket.
