Some of you folks that plan on going with a significant other but are unhappy with being forced into 12 bottles, hit me up. A couple of my friends and I will not be able to attend due to the fact that it is on Valentine's Day. We might be able to work something out so that ticket price isn't so hard on your wallet.

I'm sure you can get those extra bottles you don't want traded/sold before you even go that day. Last time, I guy I know spent half the liberation asking everyone in line if they were maxing out so he could buy their extra bottles. I think he had 4 cases of SLOambic around noon.

Was the guy asking a "craft beer king"?

Moe is such a helpful guy! Buying all those pesky extra bottles so he can charge three times as much later!

Please don't trash another thread...seriously, if you had bad experience with the guy send him an email or go to his store or write a review on yelp, but why do you have to post about it everywhere?

It's a running meme at this point. Just realize it's not going to sink this thread.

I'm a little confused by the wording. It says for the 6 ticket that you can buy 6 more at the event, but at the bottom it states that "Please note, there will be no other bottle sales this day"

So I'm guessing that's in reference to the other beers they normally sell in the taproom and barrelworks fridge? Seems like a perfect time to sell your other stuff to folks coming in the door.

I believe what this means is that's going to be a single bottle release, just as it was with the first Feral One. All of the other releases this year were "double releases" (Bretta Weisse/Krieky Bones, Bretta Rose/ Lil Opal, Agrestic/Feral Vinifera, SLOambic/El Gourdo, etc.)

Had the wife convinced this would make a great V-day trip... but with a $200 minimum for the couple this is rough. Please add a tasting/food only ticket option.

It's pretty clear on the announcement...no other bottles will be sold this day...the restaurant and taproom will be closed.

Yes except they'd be able to taste what's on tap. Wife loves sours we just don't want 12 bottles.

I'll buy all your other bottles off of you since I can't make the event and throw you some thank you beers?

I just read the announcement again, and you're right. It does say that. It's interesting because the Taproom Restaurant has been open to the public at every other release this year.

If anybody in the LA area cant make it and wants 6 BM me I am going with my gf. A friend and I are splitting the cost of the $200 ticket and a friend is also paying for the 6 that come with my gf's ticket so in theory I have 6 more I can #pickupformebro if anybody is interested.

Slightly better value than the previous events $75 3 bottle ticket, but a higher starting entry price. A 3 bottle $60 ticket would be nice.
