It sits on the shelves in chicagoland. I doubt that helps you but hey it'll still be easy to trade for

2 weeks ago it was still at founders and it's still at shops in kalamazoo too, shouldn't be a problem to pick up.

It's all over the place between GR and the lakeshore. I've seen multiple cases in several stores. Still 16.99, I'm waiting for the price to drop before getting more.

Heck, I can tell you a couple places in Ann Arbor that still have Dissenter on the shelf.

The only thing I've heard is that it is a DIPA and that it has a green label. No idea if that's legit, but that's the rumor. There was also a picture of a black biscuit label floating around, but I don't think it was real. Nobody who knows anything is talking. Hopefully it is announced soon. Plus there will be a new art prize beer in September so there is that to look forward to.

One of the World of Beer locations in Columbus still had Dissenter on the "new releases" shelf when I was there a couple of weeks ago..

I hope you are wrong, only because they just put out Devil Dancer (a hoppy barley wine in my eyes) and Double Trouble is an awesome seasonal double.
But then again, I hope you are right because Doom is awesome.

My vote is it will be barrel aged. It's been a while.

Ya total fake. The guy who posted it said he saw it on "Kola" and kept saying it was real with no evidence.

That sounds interesting. Was it only on a short while? Not on the app taplist which updated friday or the website taplist which updated saturday.

The Frangelic stout (in my opinion) was horrible. So thin, watery, and lacking. I was glad when she offered me a taste before I got one. Reminded me of why i thought I didn't like stouts for a long time. Or this could be another frangelic you are talking about and I am just rambling.

When I had it, it was summer 2011. I haven't heard of it being back since, but I don't really keep up with their current offerings because I don't live anywhere near there.

The Frangelic we are talking about was the backstage release Frangelic Mountian Brown. Which was a hazlenut brown ale. It was delicious.

At some beer dinner years back, one of the owners claimed they'd never work with cashews again because of the expense and it was a pain in the ass. He said Frangelic Mountain Brown is what you'd get instead. Then again, who knows how good my memory is.

I'm not doubting your memory. Having the opportunity to meet them several times, I can tell you they don't always tell the truth. Not that they are being deceptive per se, they just keep their cards close.
