    If you like to brew and have the time less is for sure more! The only time I wish I could brew 10 gallons is when I get an 8 -10 gallon barrel but brewing twice isn’t that much of a chore if you have time anyway. Nothing worse than a batch of beer going past it’s prime before finishing

    Some elementary things to consider when deciding on a batch size:
    How much beer do you drink?
    How much of the beer you drink do you want to brew yourself?
    Will you drink all the beer you make yourself or will others be drinking it as well?
    How will you package the beer you brew?

    2.5G = 1 case (24-12 oz bottles)
    5G = 2 cases (48-12 oz bottles)
    10G = 4 cases (96-12 oz bottles)
