I always do a league where you take exactly 1 player from each playoff team (12 total) and get their points for the whole playoffs and Super Bowl. You get two QB, RB, WR, TE, DEF, K. Have to consider bye weeks, so Cam Newton gets you a 0 week 1, and also have to consider that you get exactly one player from a team, so you can't have Brady and Gronkowski, for example. It's like a puzzle! Whee!

I'm not sure which format you are trying to use, but if it requires a certain number of participants I have an option that works with any number of people. You actually have a draft like for season long leagues. Rosters can be something like QB, RB, WR, TE, 3 Flex, D, K- you could play around with this and do something like 2 QB / RB / WR / 4 flex / TE / D / K for example if only 6 participants. Then you are done- you only draft starters so the main strategic element is weighting FPP/G vs expected games played.

 

Is this happening? As I type l, games begin in 7 hours.

 

We are the only two online at the moment, but I'd still be interested in making something happen.
