But what happens when Blueberry Wild Ale* is released? At some point a rotation will be needed.
*Dan Carey, please read this. :grinning:

From reading the expansion article someone posted I am really getting excited for full time rotating sours, and even more fruit. As long as none of them go away for good, I'll be happy. Hope I'm not pipe dreaming but from this summer's NG work, I think we're at the beginning of something truly special.

Anyone else at the Sour Blackberry release hear Dan say (this was very early with a small group) that Cherries are hard to get, more expensive and he may have to forgo Belgian Red again? I have to believe that this is true, since businesses that survive on cherries were really hurting last year and buying as much as they can this year, effectively driving up the cost.

Well that sucks. Belgian Red has been my favorite in the past and I'd definitely like to reassess where it stands in the NG pecking order again now that Rhubarb is out.

From what I overheard he said that the cherry crop will be a bumper crop this year. That being said the cherries that NG uses are the imperfect ones which there may not be a lot of this year. He didn't entirely rule it yet.
