NG fruits

    Couldn't find a curent thread on this. Have a decent amount of NG fruits that I usually pick up on my yearly trips to WI (serendipity, Raspberry Tart, and Belgian red) are these brewS okay to age like BA stouts or sours? Just got into this whole cellaring beer thing, have some stouts sitting already, was thinking of putting a few of these back for awhile to see the difference. Thanks and cheers!

    They don't really change all that much, but they don't go south either. Here's a related thread.

    They will hold over time just fine. They don't change for better or worse.
