I thought it would be nice to know which BAs are bringing beer to serve, what beers, and where will it be served if you know.

I am bringing the below and they will be at Kuhnhenn Guild of Brewers. The individual strains are all from East Coast Yeast. They might not all be on at the same time, but they should be on at some point during club night/social.

    All Brett: Anomala
    All Brett: Bruxellensis
    All Brett: Custersianus
    All Brett: Naardenensis
    Barrel Aged Sour Blonde
Barrel Aged Sour Blonde/All Brett Blend

looking forward to those. Just marked your club's location on the Club Night map.

Sadly my road trip is starting too long before NHC for me to get kegs up there, but I'm bringing some bottles for my online friends of gems I've created. I'll be hanging/pouring with the KCBM crew on Club Night. One of these years I'll get some more of my own club members to show up.

    cheers--

I will be there this year for my first NHC. I keep hearing about Club Night being this crazy thing. What does it entail? Just a lot of drinking/sharing homebrew? Do people also bring commercial stuff to share?

you can bring commercial stuff another time. Club Night is about the homebrew. Some like costumes or themes or really crazy creations but mostly this is just about great beer. There are about 80 clubs hosting booths to visit. Here's the list:

Club Night is big fun, just remember it is a marathon, not a sprint.

I have to be up early the next morning, so I will pace myself.

Ok. well there is 6 beers I want to try on club night! Good start! I'm driving from CT, but not bringing any kegs. My little homebrew club pulled off pouring at Philly last year, but couldn't get it together for this year. It'll be fun to be free to enjoy others beers, and not have to pour.

I will prob. bring some of my sours for random sharing.

It will only be about 3 gallons each, so it is possible that they may go fast. I really dont know. It looks like they may go on early. My club is going to have a lot of beer.

Well, this list shaping up to just be mine. I was hoping to try some BA homebrew. I will post when I am pouring if anyone wants to stop by and say hi.

Well then everyone is in for a treat because you make some same fine beer. That Belgian pale was delicious!

I feel MUCH shame. This is my first rodeo, unaware of the beer brew culture and I'm therefore ill-prepared. My most successful brew is gone and I'm far from pleased with my remaining beer options. :slight_frown:

we like great beer at Club Night, but for the rest of the conference, there's not a better opportunity to get feedback from expert homebrewers and high ranking judges. Just sayin'...

if you haven't figured out whatever you aren't pleased about in the aforementioned beers, you are welcome to send me a PM and we can arrange to meet to talk about it.
(and, next time save some vanilla sweet stout for the rest of us, eh?!)

Ditto - one of my primary services for my club is to taste people's beer and give graceful but real evaluations with thoughts on what's right and what needs correction.

I'll be pouring with @sarcastro at Kuhnhenn Guild of Brewers. Bringing myself an IPAish Pale that was hopped 4 ways, same wort split to 4 different 5 gallon batches.

    Citra
    Mosaic
    Nelson Sauvin
    White Hallertauer

They all smell amazing, going to be super fresh too, this was a collaboration between several club members.

Rauchbier has some fusal alcohol and is not good enough for NHC. I am now bringing my Munich Dunkel.

I will be pouring from 9-930 on clubnight, ask for Matt. Just tried my Barrel Aged Sour Blonde and Barrel Aged Sour Blonde/All Brett Blend last night and they were pretty good. Probably put one on and then the other when one of the other kicks.

The barrel aged one has been in the barrel since jan 13 with bug county and stepped up cantillon dregs. The other is a 50/50 blend of the barrel beer and an all brett beer with all the strains I have used recently. Seven strains I believe. The all brett was made in feb.
