I have a bottle that says best by 2014 , Does anyone know what vintage (year it was made) this is ?

Thanks in advance for any information.

    Cheers!

Possibly 2009, I vaguely recall the Chouffe bottles mentioning their beers holding out for 5 years; however, that was for McChouffe.

Are you sure it didn't say "bottled on", I'm pretty sure that beer is from the future. Which means it's good until 2019.

Eh... seriously though, I tried to find the answer online and didn't have much luck. What was said above seems as good as any.

I got a bottle this year as a gift, and for some reason I thought the best by date was only 2-3 years after bottling. Thats also assuming that I had not received a bottle that was already a couple of years old (which i'm fairly certain it wasn't). I could be wrong so I'd love some more opinions on the matter.

I think its 2 years ahead of the limited edition year on the front label.
