i had almost the exact opposite experience.

I got there at like 1:30 waited 30 minutes to get in and another 20+ waiting to get some pours. The people who were pouring were doing so incredibly slow to the point where i almost left. We ended up getting a seat and the beer was delicious so im glad i didn't leave, but i will have to reconsider going to the brewery on the weekends if thats the way its going to be (will also avoid bottle release days)

Arrived a hair after 1:00 and opted to just grab bottles and pick up my 2016 BS stuff. In and out in a hair over a half an hour. I think a lot of people went that route.

Sunday was tough. Busiest day I've ever seen there... and I've been going to Night Shift since just about the beginning back at the old place.
I got there around 12:15 expecting it to be busy and maybe a line outside, but not down the block. (Cheers to Night Shift for that, very impressive). The door guys were nice enough to let me know how many people were already inside and based on capacity and the line down the street, my group decided to not wait but rather head over and chill at Slumbrew and then at Short Path Distilling. We came back to NSB around 2:30 and still waited in a small line but got in within a few minutes. (Can't wait for Bone Up Brewing to open, would have hung out over there instead of driving to Assembly).

The wait at the bar wasn't too bad for us. People need to learn to not form a line in the middle of the room (Like the writing on the pole says) and move off to the left or right of the bar. We were served in just a few minutes by waiting off to the side and stuck to full beer pours. A lot of people (not everyone, but definitely more than 2 thirds of the crowd) were getting flights which slows down the bar a bit. Four 4 ounce pours from a list of 20 something taps means the guys and gals behind the bar are running back and forth (a lot!). That and people asking for growler fills slows it down even more. There were a bunch of bartenders too, any more and they'd be getting even more in each others way. I did not think they were moving slowly -- they did a great job keeping up with the masses. That being said ---

@masterob8 - Sunday might have been a good day for the mobile bar you usually have setup in the summer; maybe outside at it's usual spot (beautiful day!) or in the barrel room. Maybe just the core beers and full pours only?
