Well, less than six months ago, the owners of Night Shift decided it was not the time to start a new $10,000,000+ brewing production facility in the Roxborough area of Philly due to all the pandemic complications. So, unfortunately they decided it was time to cut there losses and terminate their agreement to take ownership of the existing building and cancel the planned facility modifications for their new brewery. The existing building was previously occupied by Penn Beer Distributors, who distribute beers locally for breweries such as Victory, Troegs and Root Down Brewing.

Well, it appears that they will be distributing beer for another another brewery, but not a local brewery (at least not yet). Apparently, when Penn heard Night Shift canceled their plans to build there new brewing operations in their old building, they approached them about being their distributor in PA.
