What are these going for? I'm used to the bombers at 7.99. My local Binnys had them on the shelves, so I grabbed a 4-pack without looking at the posted price. When I got to the register, it wasn't in the computer. After much searching, they came up with 19.99 ("ring it up as Pilgrim's Dole") which feels awfully high to me given the bomber price.

$15.99/4 pack here, which works out to Be a little cheaper than the bomber price

Yeah I'm seeing 15 and 16.99 on beermenus too. The store messed up, they don't usually overprice stuff like that.

Night Tripper is good, but not even worth $15 IMO... considering I can get Founders IS or Expedition for cheaper and they are better beers.

Yea so if you think about it, the $15 isnt even a deal. Only appeal is the increased servings. I enjoy to age a good 10+% stout, but rarely one with flavoring additions.

17.99 here from a store known to gouge a bit. But Pilgrams Dole shouldn't be that much either. Everyone has different preference, but I would almost put it ahead of FIS (although Meijer was selling this for 10.59). But probably not expedition at the same price point.

It's hard to beat FIS for $12 or so, once you get to $15+, I'd go for TenFidy. Expedition stout is awesome as well but I need to age a year or so before I can drink.

The store saw this thread and has reached out to make it right. This was unexpected, as my real purpose with starting the thread was to confirm that the was price was a mistake. So, big props to them for taking care of it.
